1. Use of the Service
BrainExt provides an interactive spatial canvas for note-taking, checklists, reminders, and workspace organization.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service or its underlying Google Cloud/Firebase systems.
2. Accounts & Security
When creating an account or authenticating via Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Ownership: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights over all notes, texts, lists, attachments, and ideas you create, place, or upload within BrainExt.
License to Operate: By using BrainExt, you grant us solely the technical license necessary to host, store, index, and transmit your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not claim any proprietary rights to your thoughts or content.
4. Availability & Modifications
We strive to provide continuous, high-availability service. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We may modify, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the application for maintenance, upgrades, or performance improvements without liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrainExt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Termination
You may stop using BrainExt and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or harmful activities.
